You confirm who you are in the app first. A USDT deposit address is issued only once that check has passed. How verification works.

The address is issued to you and no one else. Its network is printed beside it in bold, ahead of the address itself.
Accept the quote, pick a bank
The naira figure appears before you commit. Your bank account's name is looked up and shown back to you before a single naira leaves.
USDT to naira: about the rate
This page quotes no USDT to naira rate, and neither does the rest of the site. The home page has a slot for one that stays deliberately empty until a rate can actually be held for you.
In the app, a quote is held for a set time and is valid only for the time shown against it. If it lapses, you are offered a new one instead of an old figure. Fees and limits have not been announced, so nothing here states them.
USDT travels on more than one network
USDT is issued on several blockchains, and the same token on two of them is not interchangeable. When you sell, the app shows which networks it is accepting at that moment, each with its own address. Send on exactly the one named beside the address you copy. Why a mismatch cannot be undone.
A USDT deposit counts toward your balance only after the network confirms it. Until then the app shows it as pending.

What is the USDT to naira rate on LiquidCash?
It is not published on this site. In the app you see the naira amount before you commit, and that quote expires after the time shown.
Which network should I send USDT on?
The one the app shows beside your deposit address when you sell. Networks are not interchangeable, and USDT sent on a network the address was not issued for can be lost permanently.
Where does the naira go?
To a Nigerian bank account you choose. The app looks up the account name and shows it to you before anything is sent.
