Not yet final. This page exists because the product needs a reachable terms URL, and because a missing one is a store-listing rejection. The binding text has not been written or reviewed.
LiquidCash is a product of FirstFlip Ltd. The app is currently an internal preview. It does create customer accounts and verify email addresses. It does not yet hold customer money: no payment provider is connected, no deposit can be received, and no transfer can be made. Each of those statements is checked against what the software actually does, not against what was planned — it said "creates no customer account" until 5 September 2026, which stopped being true the day registration started working.
Final terms terms require named legal and compliance review covering countries served, customer eligibility, custody and safeguarding of value, fees and limits, transaction finality, refunds and complaints, identity and anti-money-laundering obligations, and data retention. Those decisions belong to FirstFlip Ltd and its reviewers, not to this page.
